Important Notice: Change of Legal Entity and Updated Terms of Use

Effective July 1, 2025, the crypto services previously provided by GateFi UAB will now be operated by Unlimit Crypto Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus and supervised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) as a Crypto Asset Services Provider (CASP).

This change does not affect your access to services, but our User Terms and Privacy Notice has been updated to reflect the new operating entity, regulatory framework, and governing law (Republic of Cyprus).

Please review the new Terms and Privacy Notice here. By continuing to use the services after July 1, 2025,  you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms and Privacy Notice.
